Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jyotsna International, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

1. Cancellation by Guest
  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room charge.
  • No-show without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
2. Modification of Booking
  • Date changes or modifications are subject to availability.
  • Rate differences (if any) will apply.
  • Modifications made within 72 hours of arrival may incur a fee.
3. Early Departure
  • In-house guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date will be charged for one additional night as an early departure fee.
4. Refunds
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Bank charges, transaction fees, or service fees are non-refundable.
5. Group Bookings
  • For group reservations (5 rooms or more), a separate cancellation policy may apply.
  • Please contact reservations for more details.
6. Special Promotions / Non-Refundable Rates
  • Discounts, promotional rates, and special offers are non-refundable and non-amendable unless specifically stated.
7. Force Majeure
  • In case of extraordinary events (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), the hotel may waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
