Terms and Conditions
Check-in at 11:00 AM and check-out at 09:30 AM. All departures after 10:30 a.m. will be considered as late departure and additional cost INR500 per hour will be applied to Guest’s hotel account. If departure is after 2 p.m. an extra night, will be charged. Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability.
The hotel reserves the right to collect a fee for the entire stay in the form of a cash deposit During Check-In. 2% fee is applied for payment made by any credit card.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. All guests are requested to provide a valid photo ID at the time of Check-In. Valid ID Accepted: (Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport)
Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or Do not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. We suggest you to double check Door Lock in your room upon your departure from the Hotel.
It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates, electric heaters or any other heater device. The guest should notify the hotel's reception desk immediately upon noticing any damage during Check In.
Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the Hotel or order food from outside the Hotel.
For your convenience hotel has arranged the parking in front of the hotel. Hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking.
Deluxe & Luxury categories of rooms allow only two (2) adult guests per room with one (1) minor up to age 12 years. The hotel provides an extra bed with an additional charge. However, Suit Room can accommodate up to 3 adult guests and One minors up to 12 years. Family Rooms can accommodate up to 5 adult guests and two minors up to 12 years.
Hotel doesn’t allow any pet in the guest room.
For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel.
Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the Reception. Visits are allowed until 9 p.m. and in case of extended visit (after 10 p.m.), hotel will charge additional amount of INR 500 per person per night, as a supplement for the next guest.
If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier Due to Emergency. it is necessary to inform Reception 12h prior departure. Otherwise full night stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.
Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of One (1) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day.
If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours before the guest’s arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours of the guest’s arrival date, only one night’s room rate including taxes will be charged. The refund process will take approximately 7 to 10 working days. A transaction fee of 3% for Visa Card, Master Card, will be applied. Please notify us at jyotsnainternational@gmail.com, when you (guest) receive the refund amount.
